Client Appointment Guidelines
At Bella Noor Skincare, we appreciate your business and kindly request that you review our client appointment guidelines. We accept gratuities through Venmo or cash, as they are not included in our services. We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone and understand that we have limited the number of clients we see to ensure the highest level of quality in our services and maintain social distancing.
To secure your appointment, we require that you agree to our cancellation policy. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so before 6 pm sharp the day before your scheduled appointment. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show, a $50 fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and this fee is not intended to penalize you but to help us protect our ability to serve you and all our clients. Our appointment confirmation and reminder emails and texts are a courtesy, and not receiving them does not exempt you from our policy.
To schedule an appointment, we require credit card information to be securely stored on file. If our cancellation policy is not honored, the card on file will be charged accordingly.
